MAB38 Meeting

The Thirty-eighth Management Advisory Board (MAB38) of the Mediterranean Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control was originally scheduled for 4 March 2026. The meeting was postponed and convened virtually on 11 March 2026 via the Zoom Cloud Meeting platform. The meeting retains its official designation as MAB38, and all documentation and decisions recorded herein refer to this session. R. Admiral Reda Ismail, Secretary General of the Med MoU, delivered an opening speech, extending a warm welcome to the attendees and outlining the key items on the meeting's agenda. Following this, Mr. Panayiotis Varnavides, Chairman of the Med MoU, formally opened the meeting and welcomed all participants.
